Why Radio?
I chose radio when I was growing up and I wanted to be a broadcaster because I believe in working with the community and reaching out to all people.
Which other radio stations have you worked for?
I started working in radio in 2012 under Ugu Youth Radio.
Did you study radio?
I started studying at Boston College, due to financial problems I left and did training at Dineocomms.
Besides radio, what other projects are you currently busy or involved with?
I own a company that manufactures various products at Sobiya Herbal Clinic and then own a funeral company Sobiya Funeral Services.

What can we expect from you in the next five years?
I would like to continue to learn more in the field of radio and create job opportunities for my companies.
How often do you listen to other radio stations and which radio station do you usually listens to?
Although I don’t listen to other radios very much, Metro FM and Mhlobo Wenene FM I get to listen to.
What has working on radio has taught you?
Working in radio has taught me to work with different people and to accept everyone according to their categories.
What advice can you give to aspiring radio broadcasters?
Patience breeds success. If you are determined everything comes at the right time.
