Why Radio?
From a young age I've always had the love for speaking, from regional elocution contests to public speaking then radio, it's been nothing but passion and dedication and I can happily and meritoriously say that I am deserving of such an achievement.
Which other radio stations have you worked for?
Durban Youth Radio has been my stepping stone into the industry and still is, the journey hasn’t been a long one but it’s about to be an amazing one.
Did you study radio?
No, My studies are not even related to media. In my selfish world I believe that talent is not studied but as you grow it also grows with you, many great artists have proven it, of course without saying that people who do radio or media studies are wrong or less talented but, let talent be talent.
Besides radio, what other projects are you currently busy or involved with?
Besides radio I’m an Actor, Singer and an Author. Earlier this year I released my debut single HLALA NAMI which I’m still grateful for till todate and in the second month of 2022 I’ll be publishing my 4th book which will be a series Novel titled DETACHED- TILL LUST FOOLS US APART.

What can we expect from you in the next five years?
From me In the next five years, just brace yourselves for hearing my voice and seeing my face on your Television screens and Radios and definitely good music.
How often do you listen to other radio and which radio station do you usually listens to?
I listen to radio maybe twice a week and it's definitely The Queen on Gagasi FM 15h00-18h00 you know who that is. (Nomalanga Shozi).
What has working on radio has taught you?
I've learnt that not everything one hears on radio is exactly what it actually is, by that I mean the moment that red ON AIR button goes on you literally have to forget about your life problems or issues rather. On radio you can only be transparent to a certain extent .

What advice can you give to aspiring radio broadcasters?
One, Respect is Mandatory.
Two, chances are you'll work with someone/people who won't welcome you the way you expect to be welcomed, don't have expectations
Lastly but most importantly BE YOU!
